Unfortunately, there are no refunds on original artwork or products unless the items were damaged in transit.

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us via email within 24 hours of delivery: info@janetsart.co.za. Refund requests will only be reviewed if the request was done within 24 hours of delivery.

Please note that we do not offer any cash refunds. If your refund request been reviewed and approved, a gift card for the value of the original price will be issued.

For an item to be eligible for a refund the item must be unused and in the original packaging. No amount will be refunded until the item has been returned.
